I enjoyed my stay here very much. Cute and quirky building, full of art and has personality. Rooms are small but i loved the concept and it was actually comfortable for my partner and i. Bed and pillows were cozy and comfortable. We had too much fun on the iPad in the room. The check in and check out process was so easy and quick on the tablets, the staff was there to help if you had any questions. I felt safe at all times in this hotel. Check out the history of CitizenM hotels if you have a chance. I’ll be defiantly staying at more properties around the world.

Citizen M does the living room and co-working space in lieu of a lobby wonderfully ... and this location is particularly attractive. Like the connectivity and tablet in the room. Tight quarters but comfortable bed. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Outstanding food court a five-minute walk away.

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but the team at citizenM LA made such an impression that I just had to. From the second we walked in, it felt like we were being looked after by friends—warm, attentive, and just *nice* in that way that makes a hotel stay feel special. Yes, the hotel itself is cool (the rooms are slick, the beds are dreamy), but what really stuck with me was how human everything felt. No stiff formalities, no corporate vibes—just great people who clearly care about making your stay a good one.

The lobby is like an art gallery, hotel is well staffed, well lit and clean. Check in and rooms are fully computerised with self serve options. The orange juice at the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had in my life, one hundred percent sweet claifornia oranges

Large and comfortable bed. Lights and blinds could be controlled by ipad, it was really cool!

I loved the setup of the room, especially the smart controls using the iPad. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas like the gym or the downstairs seating arrangements. I also really liked that there was a fridge available in the room at that the hotel did not charge a security deposit!! The self check-in is super simple and straight forward and the staff was very helpful in assisting with the check-in process!

Hotel is central and very close to public transport and downtown destinations. I really liked that the hotel itself was very clean, and there was ample seating in the lobby and around the bar. The room is great for a solo traveller, and the bed is massive and extremely comfortable (I like a firm mattress and pillows). The shower is small but well-appointed, and the way the room is divided gives it a sense of privacy. Wifi was great and very reliable.

At the entrance I was met by guys they were very kind and helped me register. The room is small but very comfortable, very large panoramic windows the view was wonderful, the only thing I missed was a small microwave. The metro is nearby a few steps from the hotel, I also found a Chinese restaurant where you can eat delicious ramen, I walked until 11 at night did not encounter anything dangerous.

Staff was consistently friendly, polite, and never missed an opportunity to be extremely helpful. Notable outstanding customer service was provided by Hector, Mr. Jay (front desk/reception) and Quinton (security guard). The 24/7 open kitchen and rooftop gym came in handy. And the overall decor, artwork, and modern technology in the room were exceptional.
